DMCA & COPYRIGHT POLICY – FEEDISHY, LLC

1. Introduction
Feedishy, LLC (“Feedishy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects all users of the Feedishy platform (“Platform”) to do the same.
This policy explains how copyright owners may report alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and how Feedishy responds to such notices.

2. Copyright Ownership & Responsibility
Creators retain full ownership and copyright over the content they upload to Feedishy.
Users may not copy, download, record, reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the Platform outside of Feedishy unless explicitly authorized by the content owner.
Users who upload content must ensure that:

• They own all rights to the content, or
• They have obtained valid permission or a license to use the content.

Uploading copyrighted content without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

3. DMCA Notice of Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on Feedishy infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
• Identification of the infringing material, including specific URLs or direct links on the Platform.
• Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete or inaccurate notices may be rejected or delayed.

4. Designated DMCA Agent
All DMCA notices must be sent to Feedishy’s designated copyright agent:

Feedishy accepts DMCA notices via email only for documentation and processing purposes.

5. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, Feedishy will:

• Review the notice for validity.
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the user who uploaded the content.
• Allow the uploader to submit a counter‑notice, if applicable.

Feedishy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights.

6. DMCA Counter‑Notice
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notice.
A valid counter‑notice must include:

• Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts where Feedishy, LLC is located.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within ten (10) business days, Feedishy may restore the removed content.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy
Feedishy enforces a strict repeat‑infringer policy in compliance with the DMCA.
Repeated copyright violations may result in:

• Warnings
• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

8. Misuse of the DMCA
Submitting false or bad‑faith DMCA notices or counter‑notices may result in legal liability, account termination, and other consequences under applicable law.
