REFUND POLICY – FEEDISHY, LLC

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Feedishy platform (“Platform”). By making a purchase on Feedishy, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all related policies.

2. General Rule – All Digital Sales Are Final
All products available on Feedishy are digital goods, including but not limited to:
  • Subscriptions
  • Private or pay-per-view videos
  • Photos
  • Tips or donations
  • Bundles or promotional digital content
Because digital content is delivered instantly or made immediately accessible, all purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.

3. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Lack of usage
  • Change of mind or personal preference
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation applies only to future billing periods.

4. Exceptional Situations Where a Refund May Be Granted
Feedishy may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Duplicate Charges
If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction, the duplicate charge will be refunded.

4.2 Failed Delivery
If payment is successful but the purchased content is not unlocked or delivered due to a verified platform error.

4.3 Unauthorized Charges
If a user can demonstrate that their account was accessed and used without authorization.

4.4 Technical Errors
If a payment is completed but the content cannot be accessed due to a confirmed system malfunction on the Platform.

5. Content Expectations
Feedishy does not issue refunds for:
  • Disliking or being dissatisfied with the content
  • Expecting different content than what was described
  • Failure to read the content description
  • Quality dissatisfaction if the content matches the creator’s description
Feedishy is not responsible for subjective expectations between creators and fans beyond what is clearly stated in the content description.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback through PayPal, Stripe, or a financial institution:
  • Feedishy may immediately suspend or restrict the user account
  • Feedishy may submit proof of content delivery to the payment processor
  • If the chargeback is denied, the user remains responsible for the payment
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction.
Requests must be sent to: support@feedishy.com
Subject line: Refund Request – Order #[Order Number]
Requests must include:
  • Account name and email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Clear explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence, if applicable
Feedishy will review refund requests and provide a decision within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

8. Policy Changes
Feedishy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
